Jenkins-Hernandez insisted that she never asked Hernandez about Bradley. She and Hernandez have a 4-year-old daughter. Hernandez is also charged with witness intimidation and accused of shooting Bradley in the face because he feared Bradley would tell authorities about the slayings.

Hernandez allegedly shot Alexander Bradley, a supposed witness to the double-murder and guest at Thompson's party, five days later.

However, Comcast says that the interpretation of the situation is wrong and its service in no way breaks any net neutrality laws. Other giants that are into the online streaming services' business include DISH Network Corp (NASDAQ:DISH) and AT&T Inc.

In particular, she said she did not remember receiving a phone call from him at 2:30 a.m. on the night of the killings. He described drinking, partying and doing drugs with Hernandez, but said he did not see any shooting.

Deonte Thompson identifies former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez as he testifies in the trial. But she testified that she was not alarmed by the discovery.

Bradley claims the former Patriots wide receiver killed the men because of an incident in a nearby nightclub in which one of the men spilled a drink on Hernandez.

Hernandez is already serving a life sentence after being convicted in the 2013 killing of a man who was dating the sister of Jenkins-Hernandez.
