Train derails while pulling into New York's Penn Station

On Monday, three New Jersey Transit trains carrying 1,200 passengers derailed as the train slowly pulled into New York's busy Penn Station.

An NJ Transit derailment at Penn Station caused massive delays getting into the city, disrupting the commute for many - including Mets fans.

New Jersey Transit officials said services were suspended into and out of Penn Station. While the LIRR normally has use of nine departure tracks from Penn Station, Tracks 13 through 21, the LIRR expected to be limited to fewer tracks and platforms than normal.

LIRR eastbound trains from Penn Station affected include those on the Babylon, Far Rockaway, Hempstead, Long Beach, Port Jefferson and Port Washington branches.

Emergency officials at the scene said one person was injured in the derailment.

No injuries have been reported yet.

The drugmaker, Mylan , announced it is recalling more than 81,000 epipen devices in the U.S. and other continents. EpiPens affected under the new recall were distributed in the USA between December 17, 2015, and July 1, 2016.

After the second derailment in less than two weeks, New Jersey Transit commuters are facing another challenging commute to work Tuesday.

The Long Island Rail Road announced it is canceling 18 trains out of Penn Station between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday and diverting eight other trains.

NJ Transit says it's operating Tuesday morning on an adjusted schedule. PATH trains are accepting NJ Transit rail tickets and passes at Newark Penn Station, Hoboken and 33rd Street.
