Mario Kart 8 Deluxe becomes fastest-selling title in franchise history

If the rumours are true, then Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a new role-playing game being developed by Ubisoft. Arms and Splatoon 2 will release on the Switch in June and July respectively, so Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle may just be that game to fill in that slot with even more games coming to the hybrid console this year.

The biggest feature for me is the fact that this game is on the Nintendo Switch instead of the Wii U. The Wii U was Nintendo's worst-selling home console ever, which ultimately limited how many people were going to play Mario Kart 8.

Gamers get 60fps in both portable and docked modes, falling to 30fps when playing local multiplayer.

Alphabet Inc Shares Surge On Earnings, Revenue Beats
Shares in Alphabet , parent of Google, rocketed to an all-time high Friday of $916.65 after reporting first quarter earnings . That saw his total compensation rise from $100.6 million to $199.35 million - not bad for your second year on the job.

It's been 25 years since the first "Mario Kart" game launched on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System: A quarter century of cheap, last-second red shells; of increasingly-complicated drifting; of yelling and laughing alongside friends; of Luigi death stares. Nintendo has attempted to atone for the original release's mistakes with a decked-out combat suite that borrows arenas and game-types from all around the series. The gliders don't make that much of a difference here, so choose one that works for you - the Parafoil is always a good standby.

Either way, though: the Mario x Rabbids crossover that nobody asked for nor expected will, according to Rogers, be released this August.

When it comes to which characters will be playable, so far there are reportedly eight. In terms of the single player offering, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe follows Mario Kart tradition, with a dozen cups to compete in, each consisting of four different courses.

Philippines says Trump recognised 'great job' Duterte is doing
Since taking office last June, Duterte has taken a much softer stance on China and the disputes than his predecessor. The statement did not include calls for "self-restraint" with regards to land reclamation, according to Thayer.

The game still has some way to go to knock The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild off its pedestal.

Smart steering and auto-accelerate, however, "effectively take not only challenge, but also skill, out of the game". The madness around a Mario and Rabbids crossover is very real though, with Kotaku confirming its existence with their own sources.

Players can carry two pickups instead of one here in the Deluxe version, which I thought would affect gameplay tremendously but in reality it seems more of a nice convenience than a game-breaking shift in dynamics.

Pence to North Korea: 'The sword stands ready'
Pyongyang has yet to conduct its anticipated sixth nuclear test, amid indications it has made all preparations for such an event. He again reiterated that with the Trump administration, "the era of strategic patience is over".

The demand for the Switch game console remains strong.
