After launching the trailer of the film Secret Superstar, Aamir Khan launched the first song Main Kaun Hoon from the film at an event in Mumbai on August 21, 2017. Amit Trivedi's music, Kausar Munir's lyrics and debutante child artist, Meghna Mishra's handsome life have breathed life into the song that bring forth the emotions of a young girl who is hiding her identity from the world to do what she always aspires to do-singing. It is composed by Amit Trivedi and penned by Kausar Munir. Post one of the massive hit like Dangal where he transformed himself in the role of former wrestler, now, he'll comeback with his upcoming home production film, Secret Superstar. In the video, she can be seen recording her first song while wearing a hijab to restrain from revealing her identity. He had earlier promised that he would be introducing the audience to various hidden talents aka secret superstars during the promotional journey of his forthcoming film Secret Superstar. Aamir Khan, as always, surprised everyone, by announcing that his next film, titled Secret Superstar, will not feature him in the lead.
