Authorities in NY and MA are warning of heavy rain and strong winds in the region Sunday and Monday.

Thousands of people in central Pennsylvania are without power this morning as severe weather pounded the region with powerful winds and drenching rains.

A wind advisory has been issued for Newton and surrounding counties, and for all of metro Atlanta.
