Jon Gruden's contract heavily backloaded to take advantage of Nevada tax law

Gruden's new contract is expected to be a 10-year deal worth $100million ahead of his introduction on Tuesday.

Gruden spent four seasons as coach in Oakland from 1998-2001. He has a 95-81 career record.
