Nintendo LABO Cardboard Creations Unveiled, Launches April 20th

With Nintendo's Labo, you'll be using cardboard to make connected accessories for the Nintendo Switch, essentially working with a Do It Yourself mentality to make extra bits and pieces for the Nintendo's latest portable console. That means you'll be able to drive around the RC cars, reel in virtual fish with your cardboard fishing rod, speed around on the motorbike, and play a mini piano.

Nintendo Labo UK price and release date Price No UK prices are confirmed yet, but the Variety Kit will retail for $69.99 in the U.S. and the Robot Kit will cost $79.99. The first one is the Variety Kit, which includes several games and Toy-Con projects, according to Polygon.

Instead, this feels like an exercise in ultimate planned obsolescence - Nintendo expects you to sink $70 or $80 (depending on the version you go for) into a game that can only be played a few times before it bends, breaks, and falls apart. The Robot Kit contains one game, and an entire suit made of cardboard and string.

Additionally, the G6 line will take design cues from last year's Moto X4, most notably the circular ring around the rear camera. However, it is not yet clear if the Moto will opt for under-display fingerprint or face unlock feature for authentication.

Nintendo UK has revealed the pricing of the recently unveiled Nintendo Labo products and they certainly aren't cheap.
