Zaamara, 19, was shot by another security guard and killed, the army said.

However, a 22 year old man, Khaled Altaya, was just confirmed dead - by the Palestinian Ministry of Health - after Israeli occupation forces opened fire on his residence in Nablus.

PA Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah reiterated the claim that "settlement expansion", as well as Israel's military control in certain areas of the West Bank, were the main issues preventing the existence of a strong Palestinian economy.

The injured guard was taken to the hospital and was reported as only being lightly injured.

A PALESTINIAN stabbed a security guard at the entrance to an Israeli settlement and was shot dead today in the latest episode of violence in the occupied West Bank, Israel's military said.

In a predawn raid on the village of Yamoun, near Jenin, troops shot dead 22-year-old suspect Ahmad Jarrar, a member of the militant Islamist group Hamas.

According to the Shin Bet, troops from the Israeli army, the internal security service and Israel Police's Special Patrol Unit conducted a "determined and complicated intelligence and operational effort".

A Fatah spokesman, Osama Qawassmeh, said that death of Jarrar, who was killed in a shootout with the IDF, was "a type of field execution" and an Israeli "crime" that violated global law.

The Vice-Chief of the Army Staff Lieutenant-General Sarath Chandra said that the Army would continue to give a befitting reply. The army retaliated strongly and effectively and heavy damage has been inflicted on the Pakistani Army posts.

Israel had accused Jarrar, who had gone into hiding for several weeks, of killing an Israeli settler in early January.

It said a "Qassam bullet" was responsible for the murder, though it was unclear if the Hamas leadership was claiming direct responsibility for the attack or whether the cell acted on its own.

Israeli forces had set up roadblocks and checkpoints to hunt for the rabbi's attacker.

"We must say it in a clear way that there will be only one sovereign state between Jordan and the [Mediterranean] sea, that is the State of Israel with united Jerusalem as its capital", he said. Eye witnesses told Haaretz that soldiers surrounded a house that belongs to the father of an Israeli Arab who stabbed and killed an Israeli man on Monday. Two Israelis have been killed in that timeframe.

Redskins considering using franchise tag on Kirk Cousins again
Finally, they'd forfeit a 2019 compensatory draft pick if they ultimately pulled the tag rather than letting him walk now. By doing so, it would allow the Redskins to trade Cousins instead of him walking away as an unrestricted free agent.
