No evidence meant no Mark Cuban sexual assault prosecution, DA memo shows

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was reportedly accused of sexual assault back in 2011.

Through an attorney, Cuban strongly denied the allegations in a statement to the Willamette Week.
